Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your equipment meets your training standards.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Protective Gear (mouthguards, groin protection, headgear)
  • Grappling equipment that has been in direct skin contact
  • Gloves & Wraps that show any signs of use
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products
  • Custom or personalized equipment

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank Transfers: 1-2 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

Damaged or Defective Items
