Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Standard Shipping:
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping:
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our combat sports equipment and fitness gear with the same dedication you bring to your training. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In original, unused condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging with all protective materials intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Protective Gear (mouthguards, groin protection, headgear)
• Grappling equipment that has been in direct skin contact
• Gloves & Wraps that show any signs of use
• Opened hygiene-sensitive products
• Custom or personalized equipment

Return Process

1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return
3. Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
4. Package Your Items: Securely pack items in their original packaging
5. Ship to Us: Send the package to:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Refunds issued to your original payment method
• Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• Bank Transfers: 1-2 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

• Follow the same return process outlined above
• Clearly state in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
• Specify the replacement item you prefer
• We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item.
